- We recommend placing your order 5–10 days before the event. This gives us time to put together the perfect menu and prepare the necessary equipment and staff. If your event is short notice, just reach out — we'll do our best to find a solution, even on tight timelines.
- Yes. We offer a full-service package: professional waitstaff, chefs, bartenders, and an event manager on-site. Our team ensures a high level of service throughout your entire event.
- Yes. Crystal Catering serves events not only in Almaty and Astana, but also at out-of-town venues. We can provide catering at almost any location, including resorts, private residences, mountain retreats, and open-air venues. Delivery and logistics costs are calculated individually.
- Of course. We can prepare dishes based on your own menu, adapt existing recipes, or develop a custom dining concept tailored to your event format, guest preferences, cultural considerations, dietary restrictions, and budget.
Once the menu and estimate are approved, we can sign a contract and issue an invoice. Full payment (100%) is due one week before the event. We work with both individuals and legal entities, and accept both cashless and cash payment.
